Co-Founder and Principal, Rhine Civic Partners

ASK ME ABOUT Our development company’s recent rebrand and future goals.

HOW HAS RHINE CIVIC PARTNERS GROWN AND MATURED SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN JANUARY 2025? We’ve grown into a seven-person team and become much clearer about where we add the most value. In that time, our work has broadened geographically and our focus has sharpened into two areas: transformative public and private projects, and community and neighborhood-scale revitalization efforts supported by patient capital funds. Across both, we’ve matured from being “advisors” to being partners and helping align stakeholders, structuring complex multisource financing, and carrying projects to completion through on-the-ground execution.

HOW DOES THIS REBRAND REFLECT A NEW ERA FOR THE COMPANY? Rhine Civic Partners reflects both our roots in Over-the-Rhine and more importantly how we work—not as a traditional consulting shop, but alongside civic institutions, municipalities, developers, and community organizations to turn ambitious visions into implementable projects. The name is new, but our leadership and mission are the same. It’s a sharper, more accurate description of what we’ve become.

WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU SEEK TO EMBRACE IN THIS NEXT CHAPTER? We’re focused on projects that sit at the intersection of strategy, capital, and execution where the challenge isn’t dreaming up ideas but getting them delivered. That includes large-scale civic project and public spaces as well as neighborhood revitalization work that can be accelerated through patient capital and strong local partnerships.
